Responsibilities
Learn about IngenioCo. current clients’ business challenges and technologies to understand their business needs— conduct interviews with client and guide the client to what information is needed to initiate the project
Support and implement various ecommerce development projects—effectively undertake the requirement elicitation, document and analysis, solution design, testing definition and execution
Work closely with freelance content creators and designers to satisfy brand requirements and maximize sales potential for all digital marketing channels
Effectively analyze and monitor digital marketing channels, market trends, and website requirements to satisfy business needs and to continuously optimize performance
Perform analysis on all client ecommerce activities on weekly basis and identify all obstacles for customers in the checkout/ payment process and recommend improvements
Develop and execute lead generation and lead nurturing systems and provide enhancements to existing systems
Gather all requirements for facilitation of lead collection and management and design user cases for efficient flow events
Undertake conversion of data to new systems and work with the application support personnel for the implementation of marketing and sales related databases
Coordinate effectively with the stakeholders and technical staff both internally and on the client side
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree
High proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Knowledge of Wordpress, Woocommerce, or CRM systems a plus
Strong desire to work with data and build systems that can easily allow the application of data to help make decisions and meet business objectives
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Active listening and ability to accept constructive criticism
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a multi-task environment with attention to detail
Ability to think creatively, solve unexpected issues and work independently to meet deadlines
Ability to work under pressure and keep many competing priorities in order
Ability to learn quickly in a self-directed manner
Excellent work ethic, including a desire to learn continuously
